1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you're not satisfied with SKU Down within the first 30 days of your subscription, we'll provide a full refund of your first month's payment.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of your initial subscription
  • Have attempted to use the service and contacted support for assistance
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service

3. What's Covered

Our refund policy covers:

  • First month subscription fees for new customers
  • Charges made in error due to technical issues
  • Service downtime exceeding 48 consecutive hours
  • Inability to connect to Amazon SP-API due to our technical issues

4. What's Not Covered

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subscriptions active for more than 30 days
  • Issues caused by incorrect Amazon SP-API credentials
  • Amazon policy changes affecting SP-API access
  • Partial month usage (pro-rated refunds)
  • Third-party service fees (Stripe processing fees)

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@skudown.com
  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide details about any issues you encountered
  4. Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically qualify for a refund of the current period unless you meet our refund criteria.

8. Service Credits

In cases where we cannot provide a refund but acknowledge service issues, we may offer service credits toward future billing periods at our discretion.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision, you can escalate the matter by emailing billing@skudown.com. We'll review your case with our management team and provide a final decision within 10 business days.

10. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your refund eligibility.
