This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made for SKU Down, a SaaS product owned and operated by TT Services LLC, doing business as Goat Consulting.
By subscribing to or using the SKU Down Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Subscription Billing Terms
- Billing Model: SKU Down operates on a monthly recurring subscription, charged $1.00 per ASIN per month, via Stripe.
- Charges are automatically billed based on the number of ASINs active on your account at the time of your billing cycle.
- You are solely responsible for managing your ASIN count. Charges apply for each ASIN added, whether or not it receives an alert during that month.
2. No Refund Policy (Strict)
Because SKU Down is a digital SaaS product with real-time functionality, and costs are incurred immediately when you connect ASINs and trigger API monitoring, we enforce a strict no-refund policy.
We do not issue refunds under the following circumstances:
- Forgetting to cancel before your next billing cycle
- Deciding you no longer need the service after subscribing
- Not receiving alerts for a given ASIN (e.g., nothing happened that month)
- Failure to properly integrate your Amazon SP-API account
- Failure to remove ASINs you no longer want to monitor
- Duplicate ASINs or mistaken entries not removed before billing
- Business or account issues unrelated to the functionality of SKU Down (e.g., your Amazon account is suspended, shut down, or inactive)
By subscribing, you accept responsibility for recurring monthly charges until you cancel your plan.
3. Technical Exceptions
Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion under exceptional technical conditions, including:
- System error resulting in overbilling
- Duplicate charges caused by Stripe or platform malfunction
- Inability to access the platform due to a verified SKU Down outage lasting more than 48 consecutive hours
If you believe you have a valid technical case, you must contact support within 7 days of the charge via email: hello@skudown.com
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard or by emailing hello@skudown.com
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be billed again, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining time
- After cancellation, your account will no longer track ASINs, and alerts will stop at the end of the billing period
5. Chargebacks and Abuse
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- Any ASIN monitoring and alerting will be terminated
- You may be banned from future use of the platform
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and submit evidence of your agreement to this policy via Stripe or applicable authorities.
6. Summary
SKU Down is a monitoring tool built on predictable, transparent, usage-based billing. While we understand that mistakes happen, we are not responsible for user error, integration issues, or changing business needs.
By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are paying for the ability to monitor ASINs, not guaranteed alerts
- You are responsible for managing your ASINs and account
- All payments are final unless otherwise determined by SKU Down in writing
