By accessing and using SKU Down, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
SKU Down provides Amazon ASIN monitoring services that track the status of your Amazon listings and send email alerts when status changes occur. Our service connects to Amazon's SP-API to monitor for suppressed, out of stock, and unavailable listings.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
SKU Down operates on a subscription basis at $1 per ASIN per month. Billing occurs monthly, and you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Amazon SP-API Integration
You must provide valid Amazon SP-API credentials to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining these credentials and ensuring they remain valid. SKU Down only accesses ASIN status information and does not access sensitive data like sales or customer information.
6. Data Privacy and Security

7. Service Availability
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts service.
8. Limitation of Liability
SKU Down provides monitoring services as-is. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, delayed notifications, or any actions taken based on our monitoring data.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
